Responsible for scheduling the runs and planning special events, as well as ensuring an unending Hare Line. As "The Assistant Boss", he acts as "The Boss" when the Grand Master is not available.

Business administrator of the Hash records/statistics/communications, etc., including providing control record sheets to "Hash Cash" and "Beer Meister" for every run.

Master of Ceremonies in the Warm-up/Father Abraham & Down-Downs circles, and chief of Hash protocol! Always supported by the "GM" and the Committee members!

Daisy "Virgin Whore" Caro Fay - BEER MEISTER-ESS
MOST IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITY!! -
Provider of beer & water for the run Start, Beer Check and
Down-Downs, including bringing the ice-cold beer & water (in coolers) ready to drink, controlling / selling beer chips and recording sales on the control record sheets (provided by the "Hon Sec" for every run), and delivering cash and control record sheets to "Hash Cash". Bulk purchasing and storage of beer with coolers coordinated with other committee members.

- HASH CASH
Collector of cash for run fees, membership fees, sales of beer and hash haberdashery (T-shirts, etc), records / balances cash collected on the control record sheets (provided by the "Hon Sec" for every run), and delivers cash and control record sheet to the "Hon Sec" after every run.

Paolo "F-Ken Wop" Del Conte - HASH FLASH
Takes pictures of "all hashers caught in the act". Delivers photo memory chips or other relevant storage to the webmaster, who'll add to the "PHOTOS" of infamous hashers.

PENDING - HASH SCRIBE
Preparer of the write-up of each run or event, and delivery to the WebMaster for input to the website.
